2022 has been a wild ride, one filled with plenty of ups and downs (listen to episode 40 HERE for all the details on that one). But one of the most special aspects of this year was finally seeing how the world of my music/singing is merging with the relational mastery work I teach in the world. To see these two HUGE parts of me beginning to intersect is such a beautiful and exciting thing...only took me 40 years but here we are doing it! In this episode I give you an exclusive behind the scenes breakdown of what the song Always Love You is about, the deeper relational threads at play and the medicinal transmission we've coded into the final track. If you love music and you love relational mastery work, this is an episode made for you. Want to Support The Music Further? We would love that! Here are a few ways you can support our music: 1. Listen to the song on Spotify (or any other streaming service) HERE or catch the lyric video on Youtube HERE2. Share the song with your social media or with someone who you think it would resonate with. 3. Create your own Spotify playlist (10-15 songs) of tunes you love and add Always Love You to the playlist. 4. It's a rich rich episode. We also dive into:• What is emotional and energetic range.• Honouring our range in our day to day- how well are we listening to our signals, needs and what is really true?• The role embodiment plays when it comes to staying within range.• Destigmitizing the emotional world • What it takes to be with life no matter what life throws your way.• When the ego picks up the spiritual lingo and leads you astray lol• Getting cockblocked by the universe and the blessing of it• Right relationship with reality.• The three main pillars of my body of work

Hi loves! It's been so long since we've connected here and I'm stoked to be back! In this episode I give you a behind the scenes look at the deep initiation portals that my injury has taken me on (the main reason behind the hiatus) and the medicine of moving at the pace of slow. Slowing down in a world obsessed with faster is a wild act of rebellion, it's also necessary for our embodiment and ability to relate in nourishing and connective ways. It's been a deeply powerful few months opening and unwinding as I navigate healing my injury and anchoring in a new decade full of these mystical lessons. Enjoy! BLACK FRIDAY SALE STARTS TODAYAs mentioned on the episode today is the kick off of my first ever Black Friday Sale. Nov 25th-27th all of my self-study programs are 50% off. Welcome back friends! In this episode I dive into the whole concept of why nice guys/girls/people finish last. It's more about the "niceness" programming than it is about genuine kindness. This is a bitter pill to swallow. But if we can open the egoic inflamed reaction we can initially experience when we learn "niceness" or niceness PROGRAMMING is inherently dishonest and manipulative, there is deep gold for us to mine. Gold that SUPPORTS the co-creation of the relational dream in your heart. If this opening calls to you this is your invitation to join the next Embodied Alchemy Series: Unwinding People Pleasing HERE We begin Aug 24th and registration will remain open until Aug 29th.

If you're in the world of relating, you'll know that endings come with the territory of relationships. Endings aren't easy, no matter how we slice it, but there are ways in which we can make these initiations smoother on our system. In this episode we explore: • The role fantasy plays in the pain and perception of failure we can hold when a relationship ends• The somatic capacity required to navigate endings• The emotional capacity (and health) required to navigate endings• Why understanding something intellectually doesn't automatically mean transformed behaviour• What the path of integration and changed behaviour looks like and the pace we need to walk to be most effective• How to frame our relational experiences in a way where we can mine for the most amount of relational gold when they end• The importance of practicing new skills along your path of relational mastery

In this episode of the podcast we explore the distinction of being over it vs being through it. While being "over it" is a very common expression for a lot of people, it doesn't mean we've actually healed our way through, in fact it can often mean the opposite. In this episode we'll go through the differences and the importance of eventually winding up on the pathway through your heartbreak. We cover: • Why we have the impulse to say we're "over it". • Why it can be confronting to walk the path of being through it.• Why breakups and heartbreak can rock us the way they do.• When the pain you feel isnt in proportion to the depth of the relationship- what is going on. • What is required to step onto the path of going through it• How going through the pain and the heartbreak is correlated to our capacity to call in quantum love and create and maintain conscious healthy relationships.Join The Heal Your Heartbreak Waitlist: HERE
